Registration
fees for delegates will include all Congress documents and attendance at all sessions
and official AAMLS events, with lunch and coffee/tea on each Congress day. Registration
fees for accompanying persons will include a half day city/shopping tour and attendance
at Opening Ceremony. Day registration is available for delegates who attend
the Congress sessions for less than three days. All social activities are not included
and will be separately charged for those who wish to attend a particular event. |

^Registration per delegate includes 3 nights’ accommodation (inclusive of all taxes),
and is only available at the official hotel at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium on a
single occupancy with daily buffet breakfast, complimentary internet access in the
room and 2-way transfer to the Congress venue at the Singapore Polytechnic. Check-in
date is on 01 October 2013 and check-out on 4th October 2013. Additional
buffet breakfast can be arranged at S$23.00 nett per person. Rooms are subject to
availability.

| Cancellations and Refunds |
The registration fee will
be refunded upon receipt of a written notice of cancellation as follows:
